Global onsite hardware service

You can get onsite service coverage for two, three, or four years from the date of your hardware purchase, depending on the plan you choose. If in that period of time you have a hardware issue, AppleCare for Enterprise will help get you back up and running quickly. You can choose to get onsite service at your location or at any Apple Authorized Service Provider as fast as the next business day.

Additional device repair or replacement.

In addition to onsite hardware coverage, you can repair up to 4 per cent of your covered Mac computers, or up to 10 per cent of your covered iPad or iPhone devices, for any reason, at no additional fee.

AppleCare for Enterprise provides unlimited technical support for your end-users over the phone, 24/7.

IT department support

AppleCare Help Desk Support provides unlimited telephone technical support for hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting and issues isolation for Apple-based solutions. AppleCare OS Support

AppleCare OS Support plans provide enterprise-level incident support which is support for integration into heterogeneous environments; from system components to web applications and services. Every AppleCare OS Support plan includes AppleCare Help Desk Support which is an annual plan that covers unlimited support incidents for software installation, launch and use; diagnosis and troubleshooting; and issue isolation for Apple solutions.
