Description
Brilyant is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ZOHO Analyst to optimize our business processes, implement new functionalities, and provide data-driven insights using the ZOHO suite of applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring maximum utilization of our ZOHO investment.
Key Responsibilities:
I. System Implementation & Configuration:
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) into technical specifications for ZOHO applications.
- Configure, customize, and deploy modules within ZOHO products, primarily Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk/Projects.
- Design and implement custom workflows, blueprints, validation rules, and custom functions using Deluge Scripting to automate business processes.
- Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and data sharing rules within the ZOHO ecosystem.
II. Data & Reporting:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom visualizations in Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across all ZOHO applications through regular audits, data cleaning, and migration processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
III. Integration & Support:
- Integrate ZOHO applications with other internal and external third-party systems using APIs and ZOHO Integrations.
- Provide ongoing end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve bugs related to ZOHO applications.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective adoption of the systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) as a Business Analyst, System Administrator, or similar role, with direct experience in the ZOHO platform.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in at least two of the core ZOHO applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Analytics).
- Proficiency in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred (A Plus):
- Certification in a ZOHO product (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Administrator, Zoho Creator Certified Developer).
- Experience with Deluge Scripting.
- Familiarity with database concepts and experience with SQL.
- Experience with API integrations and data migration tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
