Windows service engineer maintains and repair IT systems. Their responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring Applications, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:

• Desktop and Network OS knowledge -Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting.
• IT Networks – installation and configurations of switches, Wi-fi and switches.
• Should have knowledge of Backup s/w’s.
• Installing & configuring -E-Mailing s/w, Anti-Virus and common layered s/w’s.
• Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, and relay them to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
• Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Engineering Diploma/ Degree holders.
• 2 – 3 years’ work experience.
• IT Hardware knowledge ( Desktop , Laptops, Servers, Printers , Switches ).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, English preferred.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
