We at Brilyant are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Presales Specialist to join our team in Gurugram, Bangalore, and Pune. In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic bridge between our technical capabilities and our enterprise clients’ business needs.

You will be responsible for driving technical leadership, primarily focusing on Apple and Microsoft modern workplace solutions. As a key player in the sales cycle, you will translate complex technology into actionable business solutions that empower global organizations.

  • Preferred Location: Guruguram  / Bangalore / Pune candidates only
  • Preferred Experience: 4+ Years in Presales
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • Apple and Jamf Certified Professional

Requirement

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in a Presales or Technical Consulting role.

  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Apple and Microsoft ecosystems.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Autopilot and deployment tools.

  • Certifications: Must be Apple Certified and Jamf Certified.

  • Communication: Exceptional IT-savvy communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to understand business pain points and architect tailored solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Facing Strategy: Serve as the lead strategist during the discovery phase to align technology with client goals.

  • Solution Architecture: Translate technical requirements into comprehensive, tailored business solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions around Apple, Microsoft, and Google enterprise integrations.

  • Hands-On Demos: Conduct high-impact field engagements and live product demonstrations to showcase solution value.

  • Deployment Mastery: Provide expertise in ABM (Apple Business Manager), MDM, Jamf, and Intune for seamless client onboarding.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle through technical validation.
