Description

We are currently hiring a Presales Specialist to join our business and provide presales support to our customers.

Requirements:

You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
You have prior experience within presales
You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
You have strong presentation skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders

Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Ability to understand customer requirements, map the right solutions, identify win themes and competitive differentiators to put a winning proposal
