Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is based out of India and requires a passionate sales professional who can generate leads, drive customer engagement, and close deals while working with a team that thrives on innovation.
As an ISR, you will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and managing client relationships to help businesses adopt IT solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Location Preference: Bangalore candidates only
- Shifts: USA, Philippines, Singapore, UAE Shifts
- Key Skill: Candidates with good communication skills preferred
Requirement
- 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales (IT industry preferred).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- B2B sales experience with strong knowledge of IT products/services.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or sales automation platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for a three-week orientation training in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate potential clients on Brilyant’s IT solutions and tailor solutions based on client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Map accounts, identify decision-makers, and create opportunities.
- Conduct targeted email campaigns to engage key decision-makers.
- Align with marketing, customer support, and leadership teams to drive sales growth.
- Educate potential clients on Brilyant’s IT solutions and tailor solutions based on client needs.
