Requirement
- Maintain good and healthy relationship with Portfolio sellers and other stakeholders
- Good relationships with key customers in the patch at all levels and key decision makers
- Be able to work and drive key OEMs’ teams etc. in the territory
- Lead / work with the team on detailed account plans to identify, unearth and progress the funnel
- Achieve top line and bottom line goals by ensuring healthy win rates
- Be able to add/ articulate key IT offerings and value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders by staying upto speed in Technological updates in Data Center (Server, Storage, HCI, AI workloads etc. ) and cloud domains
- Ability to upsell / cross-sell and add Brilyant / OEMs differentiation into the solution to stay ahead of competition and be able to close the deal at higher margins
- Give presentations to the customer both on technologies and solution architecture including key proposal components after understanding their challenges
- Build adequate funnel to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly commits and maintain healthy win rates and margins by proactive engagements and knowledge of competitive products and positioning
- Responsible for driving over-all business numbers for the segment / vertical and suggest new areas of growth
- Responsible for timely submission of budgetary and priced proposal in line with Organization processes
- Drive closures of deals with customers through effective team engagements and ensure proper adoptions and renewals.
- Help in generating and progressing adequate funnel directly and through teaming exercise to drive revenue targets
- Sales / Architecture Certifications in key technology areas – AWS or GCP or VMware, etc., or equivalent
