Business Development Executive

Brilyant is hiring! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth for all Software Products & Services by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This role combines research, outreach, and relationship-building to expand Brilyant’s customer base and strengthen market presence.

  • Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.

Requirement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Ability to research, identify, and engage with decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Qualify prospects and set up meetings or product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the CRM with lead and pipeline information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns
  • Understand client requirements and align them with Brilyant???s solutions
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
  • Able to demo the software product on google meet ,zoom etc.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software/IT sector.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase software solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.
