MDM Support Engineer

Description

As JAMF Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ Apple device management needs. You will work closely with our senior JAMF Administrators to ensure the seamless operation of JAMF Pro, a leading Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution for macOS and iOS devices.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of Apple macOS and iOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with JAMF and Apple concepts.
  • Certifications: JAMF 100 and Apple Certified Support Professional
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of JAMF Pro.
  • Provide first-level support to end-users and address their macOS and iOS device-related issues.
  • Assist in creating and deploying software packages, profiles, and policies using JAMF Pro.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining an inventory of Apple devices.
  • Collaborate with senior administrators on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Apple device management.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
