We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Data Science Program Manager to join our team.??This role is perfect for someone who combines a strong technical understanding of Data Science / AI with the ability to drive business solutions. The role involves understanding both the technical aspects of Data Science / AI and the commercial needs of the business, which means bridging the gap between technical teams and clients or stakeholders.

You will be responsible to support Sales team for AI business opportunities, understanding client needs, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions and ensuring the commercial success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-based solutions.
• Design AI-driven products or services, ensuring they meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions and provide input on architectural designs.
• Prepare and present proposals, including technical solutions and cost estimations, to clients.
• Engage with clients, prospects, and stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify opportunities where Data Science / AI can bring value.
• Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase, answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients on the best AI strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, development, operations, etc.) to ensure that AI solutions are successfully developed, deployed, and supported. Support the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, including pitching AI solutions and demonstrating solutions.
• Strong business development and sales experience, especially in technology or AI products.
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits for clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise AI applications or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail where AI applications are most prevalent.
• Certifications in AI technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and data analytics.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving Data Science / AI, technology consulting, or business development.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions or managing AI projects.
