Requirement

  • Minimum experience of 4-5 years in selling ed-tech solutions in the education domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven outside sales experience in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and Sustaining Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  • Face-to-Face Meetings: Travel to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling to new and existing customers.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
  • Negotiation: Strategically negotiate with potential and existing education customers to close sales.
