Requirement
- Minimum experience of 4-5 years in selling ed-tech solutions in the education domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven outside sales experience in the education sector.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required.
Responsibilities:
- Building and Sustaining Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers based within an assigned sales territory.
- Face-to-Face Meetings: Travel to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling to new and existing customers.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Negotiation: Strategically negotiate with potential and existing education customers to close sales.
