We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management, coupled with leadership skills to drive the company’s financial strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- CA/MBA or CWA/CPA certification preferred
- 15+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in overseeing audits and managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
