We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management, coupled with leadership skills to drive the company’s financial strategy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 


Requirements:

  • CA/MBA or CWA/CPA certification preferred 
  • 15+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role 
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis 
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance 
  • Experience in overseeing audits and managing relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies 
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives and ensure long-term profitability. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team for strategic decision-making.

  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports. 
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the business. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
